Nestled in between Canggu surfing beach, stunning riverbank and coconut trees, Villa Teresa is accessible within 45 minutes driving from Bali’s International Airport.

The villa is within 10 minutes driving to the International Nirwana Bali Golf Club, and 15 minutes driving to Seminyak shopping area. The International Surfing Club and Echo Beach restaurant at Canggu is within 12 minutes walking and only 7 minutes driving to get the Canggu Club House.

In the 3-bedroom villa, the guests can enjoy the spa treatments in two different spots. On the right side of the swimming pool the guests are free to use the relaxing Yoga room where you can exercise Yoga by yourself or with private Yoga teacher that can be arranged by the villa staff. In front of Yoga room there is an open-air massage room you can reach it by stepping up from the sundeck of the pool. On the left side of the main swimming pool there is also a private massage deck with 2 beds overlooking the river side. While lying down you will listen to the wave of the ocean, the music of nature that will transport you to a totally holistic and nurturing experience.

The spa treatments can be done in both spots by the skillful Balinese spa therapists. Villa Ahn is a fully staffed home with 3 generous bedroom suites in its own substantial tropical gardens. There is an enticing infinity pool of the deepest blue, that is the perfect place from which to take in the lush green surrounds. The location is spectacular, at the end of a small village in the ancient region of Pejeng, just outside Ubud. The full time staff of 3 includes a night watchman for added security.

The house covers nearly 4,500 sq ft and has been designed to embrace classical Balinese architecture fully and combines it with the best of modern design elements - fixtures and fittings are of the highest international standard, with interiors by a designer who has worked for some of the Bali’s most prestigious hotels. Villa Ahn is located in the heart of the ancient kingdom of Pejeng, 15 minutes drive from central Ubud. Goa Gajah, or the Elephant Cave, is less than 5 minutes away. The villa is surrounded by lush rice fields and forests, offering spectacular views.

Ubud is the cultural centre of Bali, and makes an ideal base for exploring the island. It is 50 minutes drive from the international airport at Denpasar.

Rooms
There are 3 substantial bedroom suites at Villa Ahn. All are luxuriously appointed, but decorated in calming and restful natural colours. Queen sized beds, large bath tubs (some open to the skies), power showers and spacious walk in wardrobes are all standard. All suites also have air-conditioning and fan units. We provide only the finest Egyptian cotton bedding and towels.

Villa Hermosa is located in a very quiet area of the vibrant and attractive Seminyak. It is within walking distance to the favorite shops and restaurants, within 5 minutes driving to the beaches, and only 20 minutes drive from the airport.

In a private compound of 1200 m2, Villa Hermosa is a tropical villa comprising a two storey-main building and a guest house mixing Balinese style and modern comfort. Wood and white color are the dominant of the building, the blue of the pool and the greenery of the tropical garden are matching outside to give to this spacious villa, charm and relaxation for great holidays.

The private compound of the villa is accessed via a wooden gate to the colorful tropical garden with the staff access on the side and parking area. The two storey-main building is overlooking the large rectangular shape-pool and the garden. On the elevated ground floor, the living area is spacious set along the dinning with the kitchen and a guest lavatory. Two bedrooms are set behind this area each with en-suite bathrooms and terrace. The stair case between these two bedrooms provides an access to the upper floor which is containing a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing and the kids’ room.

Around the pool a deck is featuring pool chairs to relax on. The guest bedroom with en suite bathroom is conveniently set on the left corner of the pool and a large gazebo featuring a large day bed is situated on the other side.

At your full service, the manager is supervising staffs including one cook, three house keepers, one gardener, one maintenance and one security guard operating in the villa

THE VILLAS

All villas (3 units two bedrooms villa) are appointed with wonderful contemporary design. The living and dining areas are open into the pool area while each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom. This single-storey 2-bedroom villa area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle for which Bali has become so famous.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own day bed, dressing area and fully equipped ensuite bathroom. The villa is equipped with a flat screen cable TV, a DVD/CD player, a safe deposit box, and a wi-fi internet connection.

A large connecting garden gate door links 2 villas, joining the two properties, when required, to form a 4-bedroom villa.
